Richard Gentile, the Senior Director Broadcast and Multimedia Production at NFL heavyweight the New York Jets, will be flying in to speak to an audience of 300 top digital executives in sport at Chelsea FC on 10th and 11th October 2012 for the prestigious annual conference, Leaders in Digital Sport.
He will be joined at the event by top industry figures including Claude Ruibal, Global Head of Sports Content Partnerships at YouTube; John McCauley, Senior Director of Digital at the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC; and Olivier Robert-Murphy, Head of New Business at Universal Music Group for a series of cutting-edge debates into fan engagement, innovation/technology and monetising digital and social assets. He is set to discuss the unique approach of the Jets to engaging their fans through multimedia content and give an in-depth insight into how this is done in-house.
Richard has led the team producing all broadcast and multimedia content including television programmes, commercials, promos, gameday presentations and website content for over 4 years and is a key figure in the digital set-up. Prior to this, he was responsible for production at the Philadelphia Eagles’ TV network and worked for the NFL franchise for 11 years.
